Marques de Casa Concha is one of the many labels by the Chilean wine producing beast Concha y Toro. All of the wines under the Marques label are single vineyard, estate-owned and of limited production.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Demoninacion de Origen of Puente Alto, the coolest part of Maipo Valley.
Aromas of black olive, cherry, bell pepper, and eucalyptus are on the nose. Flavors of tobacco, black currant and blueberry are on the palate. It has a rich, full body with a smooth, easily approachable mouthfeel and a finish of cherries, cranberry sauce and oak.

This wine is yet another example of Chilean wines being almost half the price for the same quality from the more prestigious areas of California.
Pair with red meats and grilled veggies.
